We would like to warmly welcome our new Client Services Analyst, Arman, into our great team of enthusiastic TradePeggers.
Being a tight team, with a focus on collaboration, support and personality, we believe Arman fits in with our company ethos. We extend this ethos to our customers by fully supporting them with a personal touch.
Hence, we have created this new role to further enhance the quality of support that our customer’s enjoy.
I have had the pleasure of joining TradePeg as a Client Services Analyst. I have been brought in to help assist by;
· Providing first and second line support to our ever-growing client base
· Aid new clients with their onboarding & implementation journey
· Provide hand-holding training sessions to familiarise users with the various products
· Act as on-call consultant as client settles into new environment
· Aid with creation of documentation for our productsJust a little bit about myself;
I previously worked in a bank, love a little bit of maths and problem solving – anything to keep the brain active! Crazy about my cars and a die-hard Marvel fan! If I’m not cleaning my car or watching movies, be sure to find me stuffing my face with a fat burger and complaining about the gym.
